Meet the founding team
Massimo Ciociola
President & CEO / Founder
In a prior life he founded Wireless Solutions SpA in 2000, which was then acquired by the Dada Group in Florence, Italy. He became the CEO of Dada’s Iberia & LATAM units as well as the VP of mobile services for the entire group. Max is music and snowboard addicted. His wife says that he never pays attention to lyrics when he listen to music! She is wrong.
Jonny Delli Carri
COO / Founder
COO – Founder Most often referred to as “Fabio’s brother”, his real name is Jonny. He joined mXm and finally decided to ditch his suit and tie for a comfortable pair of sneakers and jeans. A veteran of KPMG and Accenture, with an MBA from Bocconi University, he’s our financial wizard and also handles operations and investor relations. We trust the guy. And so should you.
Giuseppe Costantino
API & Front end - Co-founder
Giuseppe spent the last 10 years engineering music and mobile apps for Dada. He is the most upbeat person in mXm and when he really likes something he makes sure that everyone knows about it. Passionate about photography, you can find him having fun taking pictures all over Bologna.
Francesco Delfino
Cool things Evangelist – Co-founder
If you’ve seen the movie Gomorra, you know about Francesco’s roots. If you get him started talking about Android, Apple or anything geeky, stand clear! He co-founded Splinder.com, Italy’s largest independent community of bloggers.
Valerio “valdez” Paolini
Metadata & Architecture – Co-founder
Valdez’s secret identity is Metaman, he’s got a “meta-explanation” for everything! He spent the last 10 years working on huge content and metadata management systems, but now he’s got a harder challenge, the redesign of the entire metadata ecosystem for music.
Loreto Parisi
Head of Application Development
Loreto is another guy from Francesco’s neck of the woods, yep, and just as dangerous. Bachelor of Engineering in Naples, he comes from Splinder and later he joined Dada as software engineer. Loreto designs musiXmatch amazing mobile and desktop applications.
